Fetch Options and Conditions

Options

‘A’ – Fetch the attribute always.

‘E’ – Fetch the attribute only if the destination segment field is empty, else filling is not done.

‘M’ – (Mandatory) Fetch the attribute, only if the source table field value is non-empty, value will not be fetched.

'O' - (Overwrite) Overwrite the existing value in the destination field with the new value.

Conditions

The Destination condition signifies the condition to be applied on the Destination table during field fetch. This field is mainly used to fetch child keys in the parent segment. The syntax is <Destination Phy. Table Field Name> <Operator> <Value>

The valid logical operators are =, <>, >, >=, <, <=

The Source Condition signifies the condition to be applied on the Source table to fetch the field. Only if the condition is satisfied the field will be fetched. If it is a string comparison then the value should be enclosed in quotes.
The syntax is <Source Table Field Name> <Operator> <Value>

In the Source Condition the <Source Table Field Name> should be a Segment Field name.

Validations are made to check Valid Destination Table, Destination Field, Source Table and Source Field.

Caution

It is not possible to change the Destination Table and Destination Fields column entry once it is entered, as they are key fields of the table SMO9_XFTCH. To achieve this the entry should be deleted and then re-entered.
