Personalized Response Code Insertion 

Use

This function allows you to include a Personalized Response Code (PRC) in your mail form text.

The PRC is a unique ID that represents the campaign or campaign element and business partner relationship. It is an easily readable string that can be printed onto letter mails. The following are typical uses of the PRC:

To answer survey questions when logging on to the Web page (Users: Business partners)

To quickly identify the particular campaign or campaign element, the business partner, and the response (questionnaire) to be entered (Users: Marketing Assistants)

Prerequisites

You have created the text node in which the PRC is to be included.

Activities

Choose Insert  ®  Personal Response Code to insert the PRC.
