Response ID Insertion 

Use

Use this function to insert a response ID in your mail form. This will enable you to monitor customer responses.

When the E-mail is sent out, the response ID is replaced with a GUID identifying the business partner and campaign combination.

In the Interaction Center, the response ID is used to identify the business partner responding to a campaign.

Prerequisites

You have created the text node in which the response code is to be included.

Activities

Choose Insert   ®  Response ID to insert the response ID.
