Inserting Attachments 
Use this procedure to include attachments in your E-mail. You can use the personalization creating conditions for the attachment node.

1. To create an attachment (E-mail only), right mouse-click on the FIRST PAGE icon in the tree structure for the mail, and choose Create ® Attachment.
2. Enter a name and description in the field Attachments.
3. Right mouse-click in the attachment box and choose Document ® Import.
4. Double-click on the document to be attached to the mail.
5. The system displays the Create New Document dialog box. Enter the relevant details in the dialog box and choose Save.
Create the new element with type Attachment to upload a new document to the attachment.
The system displays the node in the mail structure along with its name and description. The attachment is sent with the E-mail.
