Function documentation Business Partner Cockpit in Mobile Sales Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

The business partner cockpit provides you with a general overview of data on your business partners, including relevant sales information such as activities, opportunities, orders, listed products, and promotions and campaigns in a structured form for the past, present, and future.

Prerequisites

Make the Customizing settings required in Mobile System Maintenance in the tile set Business Partner Cockpit Settings under the Business Partner Settings Component. For more information, see the Customizing information about the Structure linkBusiness Partner Cockpit.

Features

The sales information is provided on the following tiles of the Business Partner Cockpit tile set within the Business Partners  component:

·        Business Partner

Name and essential communication and classification data.

·        Contact Persons

All contact persons for the business partner concerned as maintained for the Contact Persons tile. You have the option to switch to the sales team assigned to the business partner, as maintained for the Sales Team tile.

From this tile, you can navigate to the Contact Persons or Employee Details tile set.

·        Last Interactions

Shows all available recent sales transactions (for example, orders quotations, returns, complaints), opportunities, and activities for the business partner concerned that have an end date prior to the current date. They are sorted by date with the most recent listed first.

You can switch to My Interactions (those interactions related to the employee logged in for the business partner concerned).

You have the option of navigating to the details of the transaction and filtering for specific transaction types, number of displayed interactions, and number of days in the past.

·        Planned Interactions

Shows all planned sales transactions, activities, and opportunities with an end date after or the same as the current date for the business partner concerned, sorted by start date with the oldest listed first.

You can switch to My Interactions (those interactions related to the employee logged in for the business partner concerned).

You have the option of navigating to the details of the transaction and filtering for specific transaction types, number of displayed interactions, and number of days in the future.

·        Listed Products

Shows all products that will be newly listed or delisted during a specific period. You have the option of switching between newly listed products, currently listed products, and delisted products. The default view shows the newly listed products:

¡        The listed products based on listings are displayed by default for the default sales area of the employee logged on and the default transaction type. You have the option of filtering for a different sales area and transaction type.

¡        The listed products based on partner/product ranges are displayed for all sales areas and you have the option of filtering for a specific sales area.

Note that the products shown are those whose validity start date (newly listed products) or validity end date (delisted products) is within the search period.

·        Campaigns

Shows all planned and past promotions and campaigns for which the business partner concerned is in the target group.

You can navigate to the details about any of the campaigns listed using the hyperlink.
