Assigning Linked Objects 
CRM Case Management currently supports assigning the following linked objects to categories:
You can assign one or more activity templates (business activity or task) to a category to enable creating new activities.
Sub-categories inherit the activity templates of their parent categories. As well, you can assign additional activity templates on a sub-category level.
You can assign one document template profile to a category in order to use its document templates for creating new documents.
Sub-categories inherit the document template profile of their parent categories. Assigning a different document template profile to the sub-category overwrites the inherited one.

The authorization object CRM_CATEGO can be used to define whether linked objects can be changed without creating a new schema version. Furthermore, this authorization object can be used to configure the BSP layout in terms of which linked object tabs should be displayed or not displayed.
