Web Shop Managers and Superusers
SAP delivers two standard authorization roles for the Web shop manager and superuser. The aim of these roles is to allow these users to create and manage other users of your Web-based applications. You can copy and modify these standard roles to meet your needs.
SAP standard delivery enables Web shop managers and superusers to be able to carry out the following user management tasks.
The Web shop manager can carry out the following tasks:
· Create and edit superusers, and all other types of users for the CRM E-Commerce B2B Web applications.
· Assign all authorization roles to users during user creation..
· Assign all companies linked with his own company to users during user creation.
· Create users in the backend SAP CRM system or in the Web-based User Management application.
Superusers can carry out the following tasks:
· Create and edit other superusers, and all other types of users for the CRM E-Commerce B2BWeb applications.
· Assign all authorization roles to users during user creation, for which he himself has authorizations.
· Assign all companies, to which he is assigned, to users during user creation.
· Create users in the Web-based User Management application.
The diagram below shows the user creation hierarchy created by the authorizations that the Web shop managers and superusers hold. Web shop managers can create users and assign all authorizations for any companies in the hierarchy; superusers can create users only for the companies to which they are assigned, and only assign authorizations which they themselves have.
