Use

In campaign determination, when a sales order item is entered, the system determines related campaigns or trade promotions. These campaigns or trade promotions are then incorporated into pricing for the order item. You can choose whether you want to assign precisely one campaign or trade promotion or multiple campaigns or trade promotions to an order item.

The success of a campaign can be evaluated by linking the campaign with a business transaction. In SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence, you can analyze how successful a campaign was, that is, how many sales orders were placed as a result of a certain campaign.

Automatic campaign determination is available in CRM Enterprise, Mobile Sales, CRM E-Commerce, and in the Interaction Center.
