Introduction 
This documentation is primarily aimed at marketing managers and data warehouse administrators from utility companies, who use campaigns to retain and win back customers.
The Campaign Management functions include target group selection, bill supplement, campaign analysis, and customer lifetime value (CLTV) analysis. In contrast to target group selection, CLTV analysis, and the bill supplement, you must use the sales process for IS-U/CRM Integration in order to implement the campaign analysis function. You must be familiar with the SAP Business Information Warehouse (BW) in the areas of DataStaging (Scheduler, PSA (Persistent Staging Area)), Modeling (InfoObjects, InfoCubes, InfoSources) and Analysis (Queries, Business Explorer Analyzer).
You also require detailed knowledge of IS-U Billing in order to carry out preparatory activities in the IS-U system.
