Use

Cluster Analysis can be performed in the Data Mining Environment. If the analysis is performed for Business Partners (0BPARTNER) or Customer Numbers (0CUSTOMER) or any other InfoObject, which references them, then the results of the analysis can be loaded into BW InfoProviders using the DataSources generated in the Data Mining Environment:

·          CRM Clustering Analysis Results (0CRMCDS01)

·          CRM Clustering Analysis Counts (0CRMCCC01)

·          Clustering Analysis Results (0DMCDS01)

·          Clustering Analysis Counts (0DMCCC01)

If you need to find out the 2^nd best Cluster Number from the Clustering Result for further processing, you can include the 2nd best Cluster Number (0DM_CLUSNC2) into these InfoProviders and into the InfoSource and Update Rules associated. The field can then be filled using the DataSource created from the Clustering Result in the Data Mining Environment.

This InfoObject is compound with Cluster Analysis (0DM_CLUSID). It allows you to maintain descriptions for the 2^nd best Cluster Number, which are specific to the analysis performed.
