Cancelled Contracts

Based on Info Cube: CRM Sales Contracts: Quantities and Values
Use
This query lists all those sales contracts (both quantity and value contracts) that have been cancelled. Details include the cancellation party, reason for cancellation, and whether the contract had been completely fulfilled or not. You can use this information to conclude why the customer has not decided to re-use your products or services, and it can therefore help you to take necessary corrective action.
An exception has been defined for this query so that an alert is triggered in the Portal if the number of cancelled contract items exceeds a certain level. You can define the threshold value at which the alert should be triggered by choosing Change query ® Change exception and choosing the exception. In the following dialog box, enter the value from which the alert should be triggered and an alert level.
