Process documentation Phase-Out Equipment Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

If a technical asset is no longer fit to be used and it no longer makes sense, for economic or technical reasons, to continue using that asset as a resource, it must be removed from productive use.

You can use this business process to guarantee the following activities:

·        Determine technical weak points

·        Determine assets that generate very high costs

·        Optimize your investments and ensure an asset structure that meets the required technical, business, safety, and environmental standards

Result
