Changes to the Fact Sheet 

If you want to display data from the IS-U system in addition to or different from the standard data then you must make the following changes:

       1.      Prepare data source:
If an IS-U System is involved, adjust the data selection in Customizing under SAP Utilities ® Customer Service ® Customer Interaction Center ® Define HTML Customer Overview or generate a new data selection.

       2.      Enter this data selection in the Customizing for the info block RFC ISU XML or create a new Info block in the CL_CRM_CCKPT_IO_XML_RFC class.

       3.      Adjust the layout by making a copy of the CRM_CCKPT_CFS_SERVICE_ISU XSLT program and making the changes there. In the XSLT program, the style sheet is also defined that is responsible for the appearance of the HTML display.
Specify the XSLT program and the matching processor in the XSLT style sheet and processor info block (class CL_CRM_CCKPT_IOS_XML_RFC_STYLE). Add this info block to the view that you want to display with this style sheet.
