Reading and Maintaining the Success Rate (Report CRM_MAINTAIN_SUCCESS_RATE) 

Use

This report enables you to display the success rate for an individual product, or to change it to any value.

Prerequisites

You use quotation processing in SAP CRM.

The product categories (for example, MAT_HAWA) used are assigned to the Set type CRMM_PR_SUCCESS. You can make this assignment via the Category and Hierarchy Maintenance. To do so, go to the SAP menu and choose Master Data ® Products ® Maintain Categories and Hierarchies .

Choose the hierarchy you wish to maintain, for example, R3PRODSTYP, enter the category in the locator, for example, MAT_HAWA, and load it into the work area. On the Categories tab page, you can then set up the assigned set type CRMM_PR_SUCCESS. Save your changes.

       1.      Enter the required product ID, the sales organization and the distribution channel.

       2.      If you set the Update flag, the success rate is changed for the product. If you do not set the flag, the success rate is merely displayed.

       3.      In the Success rate field, enter the value to which the field contents should be changed in the product master.

       4.      Choose Execute.
