Progress Snapshot 
This function provides a comprehensive view of the different stages of a service order. It displays the following information:
· Details of a service item
· Items assigned to other service representatives
· Status of each service item
· Name of the person who confirmed the service item
· Date and time that a service item was confirmed
This enables the service representative to plan the service activities and also to know the service execution status.
Progress snapshot displays:
· Details on progress made in terms of service execution by the various involved parties. For example, a repair work of five hours is assigned to two service representatives, two hours for Representative X and three hours for Representative Y.
· Details on the number of confirmations created by the service representative for a particular assignment. For example, Representative X created three confirmation records for his two hours of work.
· Supplementary information that might be useful for the service execution. For example, Spare part item Y has already been sent to Representative X.
· Details on service items. For example, product of type service or product of type material.
· Details on each service item, such as item number, description, quantity and unit.
