Exporting Target Group Information 

Use

After the creation of target groups in Segment Builder, you can export and process information from the target group lists using various methods. As well as simply creating list data in other formats (e.g., Microsoft Excel), you can use the export function to trigger the sending of standard letters in Microsoft Word, for example.

Integration

This function is integrated with Microsoft Office and Crystal Reports.

Prerequisites

To work with all the available export functions, you must have installed Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Crystal Reports.

Features

·        Spreadsheet

You can use this function to export your business partner list in a table calculation.

·        Word processing

You can use the business partner fields of the target group members to create a standard letter.For more detailed information on creating standard letters, see the Microsoft Word documentation.

·        Local file

You can use this function to store your list as a local file in various formats (RTF, HTML, etc.).

·        Send

You can send the list as an e-mail.

·        Office

You can store your list in SAPOffice.

·        ABC Analysis

You can use this function to group objects within a list according to a specific key figure.

·        Crystal Reports Designer

·        Crystal Reports file export

·        Crystal Reports batch printing

·        HTML download

You can save your list as an HTML file.
