Setting Up Order Tracking 
Use
SAP Internet Sales enables Web shop customers to track the shipping status of the products they have ordered. If a shipping agency offers order tracking on the Internet, customers can access the shipping status directly via a hyperlink. This enables customers to track their delivery during the shipping process.
If you work with express delivery companies, read the documentation in the SAP library under SAP R/3 ® Logistics ® Sales and Distribution (SD) ® Shipping (LE-SHP) ® Goods Issue ® Parcel Tracking for Express Delivery Companies.
Prerequisites
· The appointed freight carrier offers the order tracking service.
· The freight carrier has assigned a tracking number for the order and sent it to the Web shop operator.
· You have created a forwarding agent partner function in transaction VOPA in the SAP R/3 System and assigned it to the delivery note LF (for delivery category LF).
Procedure

Go to transaction SM30 in the SAP R/3 System.
Call table TCAURL. Enter the necessary data.

Start transaction XK01.
Create a forwarding agent master record with account group 0002.
The name of the forwarding agent (field Vendor) must be identical to the user ID in table TCAURL.
Result
You have set up order tracking.
As the Web shop operator you must perform the following tasks:

Start transaction VL03N.
Choose Create <-> Change.
Select Go to ® Header ® Partners. Enter the data of the corresponding forwarding agent.
Select the tab page Transport. Enter the tracking number under BillOfLad.
