Copying for Different Delivery Dates and Ship-To Parties 

Use

In Mobile Sales, special copy functions for order items are available to you on the Grid Items screen. These should be useful to you for seasonal ordering of products, that is, for different delivery dates and different ship-to parties. This means you can quickly and easily copy items that have already been entered both for different delivery dates as well as for different ship-to parties.

Features

You can copy order items for different delivery dates and different ship-to parties. The corresponding items are automatically created.

Activities

Copying for Different Delivery Dates

●     Select the required order item.

●     Choose Several Delivery Dates.
A dialog box opens in which you can enter new delivery dates for the additional order item. For each selected delivery date, a new order item is created automatically after you have confirmed your entries.

The newly entered date is displayed as a default value when you select another order item that you want to copy.

●     Confirm with OK.

Copying for Different Ship-To Parties

...

●     Select the required order item.

●     Choose Several Ship-To Parties.

A dialog box opens, in which you can enter additional ship-to parties for the new order item to be created. For each selected ship-to party, a new order item is created automatically after you have confirmed your entries.
