Invoice Display 
This function enables the logged on business partner (role: contact person) to find out about the status of invoices. All transactions belonging to the business partner (role: sold-to party) of the business partner (role: contact person) are displayed.
You
have set up
billing in your SAP
CRM system. For more information, see the SAP Library under Customer
Relationship Management -> CRM Billing.
You have assigned billing types in Customizing for display in your Web shop. In Customizing for Customer Relationship Management choose E-Commerce ® Basic settings for E-Commerce ® Assign Billing Types.
Business partners can select which of the following transaction types they want to display:
· Invoices
· Credit memos
· Debit memos
In addition, they can limit the display using further search criteria:
· Transaction owner
The business partner can search for invoices created by himself, by all members of the dealer family, or by a specific dealer number.
· Date range
· Transaction number, product number, preceding document number
· Cancellation documents
· The system displays a list of corresponding transactions with status.
· Invoice reversals, credit memo and debit memo reversals are marked with a minus sign.
· Invoice, credit memo, and debit memo cancellation documents are displayed alongside the particular transaction.
Business partners can:
· See header and item information
· In the case of cancellation documents, all documents (for example orders, claims, and invoices) related to the cancellation document are displayed. This is to show the document flow.
· Navigate to the purchase order via a link, if the item’s reference number corresponds to the purchase order number.
Business partners can transfer items from an invoice to create an order, an order template, or a quotation.
