Checklist 
You use this function to view a list of predefined documents known as a checklist. The documents in a checklist are referred to as checklist items. These checklist items are either activity journal reports or questionnaires defined for an activity. These items are displayed depending on the transaction type, the business partner, or the date of the activity. These items are displayed as a hyperlink. On choosing any of these hyperlinks, the corresponding activity journal report or questionnaire appears.
In addition, you can also use this function to view, create, edit, and delete a business activity or a task.
