If changes in the Object Management are relevant for the production system, you have to create and execute transport requests for it. The creation of transport requests can be deliberately omitted for test entries. The test data created is stored locally and not transported. Example: a filter condition can be different in a development system to in a production system and for this reason should not be transported often. On the other hand a new exchange object should be transported to the production system once it has been tested.

Choose one of the two methods:

• At the end of the editing:
  When you save the entries, a dialog box appears with a confirmation prompt. You can transfer the edited adapter object only or all edited objects in one transport request.
• Later:
  Select an object and choose the symbol Include Transport Objects. In the next dialog box you have the option to include all the selected objects or all objects in one transport request.

You then have to release the transport requests in the Transport Organizer (transaction code SE09).
