The Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) analysis allows you to analyze how the value and customer retention rate of a customer has developed over a certain period, and how it will develop in the future (CLTV forecast). You can use the CLTV analysis as an instrument for optimizing target groups and campaigns by concentrating on customer segments that appear to be particularly profitable or show an increased probability of customer churns.
