Enabling or Disabling the Recovery of Unprocessed Messages 

       1.      Log on to the CRM server.

       2.      Enter transaction SM30 and choose Enter.

The Maintain Table Views: Initial Screen appears.

       3.      In the Table/View field, enter SMOFPARSFA and choose Maintain.

The Middleware Parameter : Overview screen appears.

       4.      Select the mmr key and choose .

The Middleware Parameter : Details screen appears.

If the mmr key does not exist, the details screen is not displayed. In such a case, you need to create a new key named mmr with the ENABLE_MESSAGE_RECOVERY parameter. 

       5.      Under Middleware Parameter, in the Param. Value field:

¡        To enable the recovery of unprocessed messages, enter X.

The value must be in uppercase.

¡        To disable the recovery of unprocessed messages, delete the existing value.

       6.      Save the changes.
