Processing Move-In/Out for Account 

Purpose

You can use this business process to create a move-in/out for an account in the Interaction Center (IC) Web Client of a utility company. The account for move-in and move-out remains constant but the premise changes.

Process Flow

The business process runs as follows:

       1.      Identify current premise

       2.      System searches for current premise

       3.      Confirm current premise

       4.      Identify new premise

       5.      System searches for new premise

       6.      Confirm new premise

       7.      Identify existing business agreement

       8.      System searches for contract account data

       9.      Confirm existing business agreement

   10.      Create new business agreement

   11.      System receives replicated data

   12.      Enter changes due to move-out

   13.      Enter current meter readings

   14.      Enter move-in date and move-in meter readings

   15.      Save data

   16.      System creates move-in/out

   17.      Create welcome letter

   18.      Send final bill for current premise to account
