Sending Mobile Upgrade Packages: Online Mode 

Use

You use this procedure to send a Mobile Upgrade Package to mobile clients via the CRM Server (online mode).

Prerequisites

You have generated the Mobile Sales application in the English language.

Procedure

Sending the Mobile Upgrade Package via the CRM Server

       1.      From the Tools menu, choose Send Package.

The Select File window appears.

       2.      Choose the type of package you want to send.

       3.      Navigate to the package from the required folder.

       4.      Choose Send.

The application places the selected package in the Mobile Application Repository. If the Transport Agent Serviceconnected to the repository is currently running the package is sent to the CRM Server. Based on subscriptions, mobile clients receive the package.
