Business Hours 
You have the possibility to make general settings for the dialog control of the business hours for business partners and contact persons. It is also established on this screen which schedule types are exchanged between the mobile client and the CRM Server.
The following schedule types are contained in the standard system:
· V (visiting hours)
· P (calling hours)
· G (goods receiving hours)
The relevant schedule types for the CRM Server are entered in the field Schedule Type and are used for mapping.
You can also define your own schedule types, as well as make additional settings, for example, for the appointment rules and the descriptions.
Make the following settings in order to define your own schedule types:
· Choose a single-figure, alphanumeric key for the schedule type in Mobile Sales.

The schedule type for the CRM Server for the default schedule types is displayed in the field Schedule Type. However, you cannot change this value.
· Indicate how a schedule type should be used:
¡ For the business partner
¡ For the contact person
¡ For contact person relationships
· Set the indicator for the restricted set of rules if the simple dialog (weekly rules) should be used.
This setting is possible for both the business partner/contact person and the relationships.

Ensure that the settings on the CRM Server agree with the mobile-specific settings defined here.
· Define whether a schedule type can be maintained independently of the territory (setting for SAP CRM Mobile Sales Pharmaceuticals).
Enter a description for the schedule types in this tile.
In this tile you establish in which language the long texts for the rules should be made available.
A long text for the rules maintained for a schedule type is displayed in the dialog for the business hours. This text is generated as a summary from the individual rules and is determined in the adapter.
