Workflow Modeler 
The Workflow Modeler is a graphical tool that you can use to create and implement workflow processes. Predefined elements and the possibility to drag and drop these elements into the Designer work area simplify this task.
Your system administrator has
● Made the relevant basic settings to be able to execute the workflows In Customizing, choose SAP Web Application Server ® Business Management ® SAP Business Workflow ® Maintain Standard Settings or call transaction SWU3.
● Completed the Customizing steps for the SAP Business Workflow in the CRM system For more information about SAP Business Workflow, see Help Portal at http://help.sap.com/ Documentation ® SAP NetWeaver. Choose a language, and then SAP NetWeaver Library ® SAP NetWeaver by Key Capability® Application Platform by Key Capability ® Business Services ® SAP Business Workflow.
● Performed the necessary configuration to use Actions in CRM Enterprise. These actions are used to trigger the workflows created in the modeler.
When the Workflow Modeler is started, it will check whether or not your system requires customizing requests. If it does, then the Workflow Modeler checks whether a request exists for your user. Unless it finds a request, you cannot assign an action to the workflow.
● Assigned you a role. Your authorization in Workflow Modeler depends on the role you have been assigned. For more information, see Authorization.
● Performed the configurations necessary for the transports of folders, components, and templates.

Components are transported automatically. The associated workflow definitions are not transported automatically.

Workflow Modeler

● Designer
Work area for creating, displaying, and editing workflow processes
Contains various tab pages that provide information on the workflow currently open in the designer, and input options for this workflow
● Navigator
You can select which part of the workflow you want to see in the designer area by dragging a movable box over a miniature version of the workflow.
● Repository
Stores workflows and the content used to build them on the following tab pages:

○ My Workflows
