Sending Data Requests 
Use
If the compare run has detected any data inconsistencies, you can send data requests to the database, that contains the required data. This can be the CRM database or the database of the R/3 back-end system.
Prerequisites
You have performed a header or a detail compare run.
Procedure
To send data requests carry out the following steps:
- Select the rows in the result table, that contain the inconsistent data, for that you want to send a data request.
- Choose Send/Delete.
If the required data should be sent from the R/3 back-end system, choose Send from R/3 Back-end to CRM. If the required data should be sent to the R/3 back-end system, choose Send from CRM to R/3 Backend. If the required data should be sent to the CDB, choose Send from CRM to CDB.
Result
The data requests are sent to the appropriate database and the detected data inconsistencies are solved, that is, the data is synchronized.
