RFC Connection 

Use

In the Landscape RFC window, you can configure and monitor the RFC connection between the SAP system and the TREX system.

There are various ways to set up the RFC connection. For more information, see Fundamentals of the RFC Connection Between TREX and SAP Systems.

Activities

You can perform the following activities:

·        Initial Configuration of the RFC Connection

You perform these steps if you want to connect a TREX system to an SAP system.

·        Configuration Changes

If required, you can change the RFC configuration.

·        Status Monitoring

You can check whether the RFC connection works and whether it is configured correctly.

·        Troubleshooting

If errors occur, this window displays the cause of the error and provides functions for troubleshooting.
