Analyzing Local Data in CRM Mobile Client 
This process allows you to use a sophisticated graphical tool to understand, manage, and forecast the success analysis for various prospects.

Sales representatives throughout your organization use these analysis reports to view stages in the sales cycle in form of a graphical display.
· You have created reports. This report can either be a Crystal report, a Microsoft Excel report, or a Chart.
· You have replicated the required data from the CRM Server to your mobile client.

1. Synchronize data
Using data synchronization you download information from CRM Enterprise to the mobile client.
2. Analyze local data with Crystal Reports
You analyze your data with the Crystal Reports created. Predefined Crystal Reports are also available with a mobile client application. For example, using the Mobile Sales application you can analyze an opportunity by its various phases.
3. Analyze local data with Microsoft Excel
You analyze your data with the existing Microsoft Excel reports. Furthermore, in a mobile client application, you can right click and export data from the List tile to a Microsoft Excel file or into HTML format.
4. Analyze local data with an SAP Graph Control
You analyze your data with the charts created. Furthermore, predefined charts are available along with a mobile client application. This helps you track and report data at various stages in the business cycle. For example, in a sales cycle you can determine the net value of revenue generated for specific transaction types such as orders or quotations.
