Function documentation Displaying Service Processes

Use

The system uses this function to display the service processes to which you have been assigned as processor.

Prerequisites

You have made the following settings:

  1. You have assigned the partner function Employee Responsible to the partner determination procedure in Customizing by choosing Customer Relationship Management ® Basic Functions ® Partner Processing ® Define Partner Determination Procedure, and entered it in the column Access Sequence from User.

Assignment to the partner function Employee Responsible causes the service processes to be visible in the Workplace.

If you create the service process in the Internet, you must enter an employee that the system can locate using organizational data determination. A prerequisite is that the organizational data determination guarantees that the system will find the partner function Employee Responsible.
  1. You have maintained yourself as Structure linkBusiness Partner in the application with the role Employee by choosing Master Data ® Business Partner ® Maintain Business Partner.
  1. You have maintained the following fields on the tab page Control when creating a business partner:
