Creating a Scenario 
The scenario template provided by SAP must exist in the repository.

1. Log on to the CRM server and choose Architecture and Technology ® Middleware ® Development ® Development Scenarios ® Middleware Object Navigator (transaction CMWMON).
The Middleware Object Navigator screen appears.
2. Select Scenarios from the drop-down list.

The Create Scenario screen appears.
4. Under Scenario Details, enter the following details:

The name of the scenario must not exceed 10 characters. |

Identifies the person responsible for the scenario |

Enter the user name of the person responsible for the scenario. |
By default, the person who creates the scenario is considered the person responsible for the scenario. |

Specifies the complete sequence of modeling steps to perform a particular operation |

Enter the name of the scenario template or choose F4 to select the scenario template from the list. |
After you specify the scenario template, the modeling steps associated with the scenario template appear at the bottom half of the screen.
The modeling steps associated with a scenario template are predefined in the repository by using the Design Time Application for Scenarios. |

Enter the name of the project or choose F4 to select the project from the list. |
You can provide a new project name. However, in such a case, you must create a project with the same name. |
5. Under Plan Steps, select the steps that form the scenario.

To view documentation for a step, choose
adjacent to the step.
· By default, all the independent steps are selected.

To expand or collapse all the steps, choose
or
respectively.

To change the person
responsible for a step, choose
.
The Choose user dialog box appears.
7. In the User field, enter the user name or choose F4 to select the user from the list.

Choose
.
9. Save the scenario.
The Prompt for transportable Workbench request dialog box appears.
10. In the Request field, enter the transport request and choose Enter.

To create a transport request, choose Create request.
You have created a scenario. You can now model the steps that comprise the scenario.
