Process documentation Model a Business Anchor Hierarchy Using the Anchor Designer Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

You use this process to model the business anchor hierarchy of an interaction components. For a tile, the resulting context is built from two or more of its fields. For a tile set, the context is built from its member tiles. For a business component, its member tile sets build the context.

You model a business anchor hierarchy in the Anchor Designer for interaction components with which you want to create the data dependency.

Prerequisites

You have:

·        Identified the relation between the data sources associated with the interaction components

·        Determined which of the data sources is the parent anchor and which is the child anchor

·        Switched to the required change list context

Process Flow

       1.      Open the interaction component in the Anchor Designer for which you want to model the business anchor hierarchy.

       2.      Create an anchor hierarchy for the interaction component by Creating an Anchor Hierarchy for a Tile, Creating an Anchor Hierarchy for a Tile Set, and Creating an Anchor Hierarchy for a Business Component.

Note

When you create an anchor hierarchy in the Anchor Designer, the Mobile Application Studio creates the anchor mapping automatically.
