Displaying BDoc Messages 

Use

With this function you can display and trace the flow of BDoc messages within CRM Middleware. Extensive selection options are available to you for creating a list, for example, on the basis of the site ID, flow context, user, and so on.

You can delete incorrect BDoc messages, trigger further processing of processed BDoc messages, and display a recipient list.

Activities

To display BDoc messages, proceed as follows:

From the menu choose Architecture and Technology ® Middleware ® Monitoring ® Message Flow ® Display Unprocessed BDoc Message Summary.

Enter the selection criteria you require and choose Execute.

A list of BDoc messages appears.

You can display the following information for each BDoc message:

The BDoc message ID, the BDoc type including the description, and the status

Flow context *

Date and time the message was sent

Message type (error, warning, etc.) including the message text

Message class and the message number

Identification of the site

Name of the queue

User (the person who created the message)

Identification that identifies the original message *

Identification that identifies the request message *

Identification that identifies the reference message *

Root ID

Double click to navigate between the information marked with *.

You can process individual messages and display details as follows:
