You can use the Survey Builder to maintain surveys.

A survey consists of the following elements:

You can determine the way in which the answers are presented, such as input fields, list boxes, check boxes, radio buttons.

Answer options can be presented in list boxes.

When you maintain surveys, the Survey Builder is called up automatically from the Survey Suite.
