Purpose

Live Web Collaboration is a complete support solution to assist customers who have queries or encounter problems while using a Web shop in SAP Internet Sales or SAP Channel Management.

As a customer, you can receive online assistance from vendors at any point while you are in a Web shop. For more information, see Request for Assistance from an Agent.

As a vendor, you can use this application to respond to customers, who are online and are requesting support. If you are supporting a customer through chat or E-mail, you can support more than one customer at one time.

 

A vendor can be an agent, a seller or a manufacturer.
