Data Sets

Definition

Collection of attributes commonly used together to implement one or more parts of a business transaction.

Use

The data sets serve as modules for the business partner roles (BP roles). You maintain different data sets in various sales areas for the different BP roles a business partner can have.

Structure

You can use the following data sets to construct your roles.

·        Central data sets, such as addresses

·        CRM-specific data sets, such as the sales area-dependent data sets sales, shipping and billing

·        Other data sets, such as the EBP-specific data sets
