Displaying Information on a Session
Use
The information on a session refers to the data exchange during communication between a
site and the CRM Server.Prerequisites
You have started the
Communication Monitor.Procedure
Perform the following steps in the initial screen of the Communication Monitor:
For each session that is found, a record containing information on this session appears in the table in the upper right-hand screen element.
The following information is displayed:

Status |
Status of session (failed): the communication did not even take place. (active): the session is still running. (finished): the session was successfully finished or terminated. In the case of an error, the affected transfer is repeated. |
Communication Station |
Name of the Communication Station. |
Site Name |
Name of the site that has been assigned to the client. |
Queue |
Name of queue |
StartDay |
The day on which the session was started on the CRM Server. |
StartTime |
The time that the session was started on the CRM Server. |
End Day |
The day on which the session was completed on the CRM Server. |
EndTime |
The time that the session was completed on the CRM Server. |
Total time |
The total time that the session took on the CRM Server. |

Information on the data exchange rates during download and upload. |
