Delete 

Use

You use this report to delete mass data from KM repositories.

If a deletion process in the KM navigation iView takes too long, a browser timeout can occur. If this occurs, you are not told whether the process was successful. You should therefore use this report instead to delete large amounts of data.

Scope

Parameters	Description
Storage Location	Specify the folder that you want to delete. The system deletes the entire folder structure beneath this folder, including the objects contained therein.
Maximum Results	The system terminates the process when it has found the corresponding number of items.

List Deleted Items	If you check this option, all deleted items are listed in the results list.

 

If an error occurs, the system terminates the deletion process.

 

When the report starts, the copying process takes place immediately.
