Creating Partner Functions for Employees: Contact Persons 
Use
In the Contact Persons / Sales Team tile set, you can use the Partner Functions tile to create partner functions between an employee and a contact person.
Procedure
The Partner Functions tile shows employees for whom partner functions already exist for the contact person.
.The Employee Search dialog box appears.
The dialog box closes, and the employee appears on the Partner Functions tile.

The dropdown box displays the available partner functions.
The Sales Areas dialog box appears.
The sales area data for the partner function appears in the fields for the Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, and Division.

You can modify the sales area data by choosing different entries from the dropdown boxes in the fields for Distribution Channel and Division. When you save your entry, the system checks that the sales area combination that you have selected is valid.
Result
You have created a partner function between an employee and a contact person.
