Use

You can override all of the parameters for Web items and all Web template parameters. At the time of execution, the respective parameter value is specified for Web items, corresponding to the sequence

URL -> Web Item in Web Template -> Reusable Web Item -> System Default.

This is also valid for the Web template parameters. Here the specification occurs, corresponding to the sequence

URL -> Web Template Parameter -> Reusable Web Item -> Web Template Parameter defined in SAP Customizing Implementation Guide under SAP NetWeaver ® Business Intelligence ® Reporting Relevant Settings ® BEx Web ® Set Settings for Web Templates.
