Displaying Data Exchange for Each Site

Use

These statistics provide you with information on data exchange for each site over a certain period.

Prerequisites

You have started the Communication Monitor.

Procedure

Perform the following steps in the initial screen of the Communication Monitor:

Choose the day or week that you want in the left-hand screen area in the tab page Statistics.
Choose Display.

Result

The selected period is displayed with its start and end date, including the start time, in the tile Session Statistics: Site Workload in the upper right-hand screen area. In addition you can still see the date and time of the beginning of the transfer of the first data record, as well as the date an time of the end of the transfer of the last data record.

All the sites that communicated with the CRM Server during the period specified appear in the table of the tab in the lower right-hand screen area. According to the tab page, various information is displayed for each site.

The following tab pages are available:

Tab page	Contents
General	Information on the number of processed sessions as well as the necessary processing time.
Download	Information on the number of downloaded BDocs and table entries.
Download times	Information on the response times of the CRM Server, Communication Station and the network during the download.
Upload	Information on the number of uploaded BDocs and table entries.
Upload times	Information on the response times of the CRM Server, Communication Station and the network during the upload.

Choose the appropriate tab page in order to display the information you want.
