Calendar Information
The OSA algorithm considers the days in the relevant history on which a store is closed (for example, due to a public holiday). Therefore, the OSA algorithm requires calendar information. This information is usually defined in an SAP Retail system.
Note
The algorithm can accommodate a historical period containing no more than 333 days identified as holidays.
