SAP Customer Activity Repository can make use of web services to do the following, for example:
Receive point-of-sale (POS) transactions from connected POS systems (
Create Point Of Sale Transaction as Bulk
).Send POS transaction data from SAP Customer Activity Repository to SAP CRM (
Request Loyalty Membership Activity Journal as Bulk
).Receive input data (such as master data) for the Demand Data Foundation module in SAP Customer Activity Repository.
Activities
You can find the web services by using transaction SOAMANAGER in your SAP Customer Activity Repository system. In the SOA Management
tool, select the Service Administration
tab followed by Web Service Configuration
. Once in Web Service Configuration
, search for the required service.
When you are searching for the Create Point Of Sale Transaction as Bulk
service, specify the following search criteria:
Object Type
:Service Definition
Object Name
:PointOfSaleTransactionERPBulkCreateRequest_In
When you are searching for the Request Loyalty Membership Activity Journal as Bulk
service, specify the following search criteria:
Object Type
:Consumer Proxy
Object Name
:LoyaltyMembershipActivityJournalCRMBulkRequest_Out_V1
