 Gross Margin

 

The analytical app displays the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Gross Margin. You can display gross margins across multiple time periods and sales channels.

Key Features

  • View gross margin data across multiple sales channels and time periods for a store or category level

  • Identify customer trends and behaviors based on sales activities

  • Drill down from sales channel view to details for an individual store, category, or item

  • Sort gross margin data by top or bottom performers for a store, category, or item

  • Customize table views by adding or removing columns, and sorting or filtering data in displayed columns

  • View item-level details, including:

    • Master data (base unit and category)

    • Real-time inventory level and valuation

    • Item- and category-level KPIs

    • Item contribution to category level KPIs

In addition, the app supports SAP Jam integration.

Gross margin is calculated by subtracting the cost of goods sold from net sales.
