Exposing Customer and Target Group Sales Data
With this feature, you benefit from new SAP HANA views which expose transactional data enriched with:
The customer number associated with multichannel sales data in SAP ERP
The customer number associated with target group data in SAP hybris Marketing
You can use this enriched transactional data to aggregate multichannel sales by target groups, thus allowing you to track the progress of your marketing campaigns and adapt in near real-time.
Integration
To use this feature, your system landscape must include SAP Customer Activity Repository 2.0 FP2, SAP hybris Marketing 1.1, and SAP ERP for Retail 6.0 EHP5 or higher.
