 View Grouping: SAP Customer Relationship Management Integration

 

The views in this grouping are used for segmentation of customer (business partner) information from SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM), and integration of SAP CRM with SAP Customer Activity Repository. The customer loyalty information from SAP CRM obtained by these views is used in conjunction with the loyalty information captured at the point-of-sale (POS) system to identify the customer associated with a POS transaction.

Reuse Views

This view grouping contains the following main reuse views:

  • SAP CRM POS sales item loyalty (CRMPosItmLoy)

    This view obtains a combination of sales item data from sales orders in SAP CRM and loyalty points from the POS system. Allows users to view sales items and the associated loyalty points on the sales order.

  • SAP CRM POS item (CRMPosItmSls)

    This view obtains point-of-sales information at item level to be used in SAP CRM.

  • SAP CRM POS loyalty (CRMPosLoySls)

    This view obtains the POS loyalty information to be used in SAP CRM. When used with the SAP CRM loyalty membership (CRMLoyaltyMembership) and SAP CRM business partner (CRMBusinessPartner) views, users can use this view to associate business partners with loyalty transactions in SAP CRM.

  • POS log loyalty (POSLogLoyalty)

    This view obtains the loyalty information on transaction or item level from the TLOG.

  • SAP CRM business partner information (CRM_BUSINESS_PARTNER_INFO)

    This view obtains general information for SAP CRM business partners, such as the customer name and address, loyalty card details, and loyalty program membership data. It combines information from the SAP CRM business partner address (CRMBusinessPartnerAddress) and SAP CRM loyalty card membership (CRMLoyaltyCardMembership) views to expose data necessary to support the interaction center (IC) in SAP Customer Relationship Management and SAP Customer Engagement Intelligence.

  • SAP CRM business partner address (CRMBusinessPartnerAddress)

    This view obtains the customer name and address information for SAP CRM business partners. It extends upon the SAP CRM business partner (CRMBusinessPartner) view to provide the data needed for SAP Customer Engagement Intelligence.

  • SAP CRM loyalty card membership (CRMLoyaltyCardMembership)

    This view obtains the SAP CRM loyalty card membership information for SAP CRM business partners, such as card or membership identifiers, card or membership validity date ranges, and membership status. It combines information from SAP CRM master data tables for membership and membership tier, as well as the SAP CRM loyalty card (CRMLoyaltyCard) view to expose the data necessary to support IC and SAP Customer Engagement Intelligence.

  • SAP CRM loyalty card (CRMLoyaltyCard)

    This view obtains the SAP CRM loyalty card information for SAP CRM business partners, such as the external and internal loyalty card numbers, the associated membership identifier, and the card validity date range. It exposes the data necessary to support of SAP CRM processes (such as IC and SAP Customer Engagement Intelligence) and SAP Customer Activity Repository processes, such as Enhancing POS Transaction Data with Customer Numbers.

  • Business type (BusinessType)

    This view obtains data for the business type (categorization of POS transactions, such as sales transaction or financial movement), as defined in SAP Customer Activity Repository Customizing.

  • Material (Material)

    This view obtains master data regarding the material group from SAP ERP for Retail.

  • Plant (Plant)

    This view provides general data, such as the plant name and address, customer and vendor numbers, and distribution channel from SAP ERP for Retail.

  • POS segments classification (POSSegmentsClassification)

    This view obtains the business classification of the categories and subcategories available for a POS transaction segment from SAP Customer Activity Repository.

  • Data status (DataStatus)

    This view obtains the status of the quality of the POS transaction data, such as master data check error.

  • POS Log Item Analytic (POSLogItemAnalytic)

    This view obtains the transaction item information from SAP Customer Activity Repository.

  • Multichannel business partner sale item (MULTICHANNEL_BUSINESS_PARTNER_SALE_ITEM)

    This view obtains the sales information across all channels, including business partner information.

  • SAP CRM business partner sales item (CRMBpSlsItm)

    This view obtains sales items from sales orders and business partner information from SAP CRM, and allows users to search for sales orders belonging to a specific business partner.

  • Multichannel sales item (MultichannelSalesItem)

    This view combines sales item data from the POS transaction and sales order data, and exposes information for all items with common attributes across all channels (Walk In (store), Web, and so on).

  • Order channel (OrderChannel)

    This view obtains Customizing data defining the channel in which the order was received (Walk In (store), Web, and so on)

  • SAP CRM business partner (CRMBusinessPartner)

    This view obtains the SAP CRM business partners, along with the mapping of each business partner to its corresponding SAP ERP customer number (if any). It exposes the data necessary to support of SAP CRM processes (such as IC and SAP Customer Engagement Intelligence) and SAP Customer Activity Repository processes, such as Enhancing POS Transaction Data with Customer Numbers.

Measures and Attributes

Some important measures and attributes are:

  • Multichannel sales item (MultiChannelSalesItem) view

    • The view provides general data, such as the store ID, order channel, transaction number, sold-to party, material number and group, distribution channel, sales document item and type, and retail item category and subcategory.

    • The view provides information about values, such as the item and order quantity, the sales amount, tax-excluded amount, distributed taxes amount, the order total net amount, and the total net amount.

  • Material (Material) view

    The view provides general data, such as the material name, type, group, and category.

  • SAP CRM business partner (CRMBusinessPartner) view

    The view provides general data from SAP CRM, including the business partner ID, partner type, customer number and name.

  • SAP CRM loyalty card (CRMLoyaltyCard) view

    The view provides general data such as the external loyalty card number and ID, the business partner ID of the cardholder, the card type, the display name on the card, and the validity dates of the card.

  • SAP CRM loyalty card membership (CRMLoyaltyCardMembership) view

    The view provides general data such as the business partner ID, and the membership ID, type, tier, tier group, status, and valid-to date.
