SAP ERP Data for Multichannel Sales Analysis
To access transactions originating from other channels than the point of sale, SAP Customer Activity Repository accesses sales documents and other supporting data stored in a source SAP ERP system. SAP ERP data can either be replicated to SAP Customer Activity Repository or, if SAP ERP and the repository are installed on the same SAP HANA database, accessed directly from the SAP ERP tables. In both cases, data is accessed for analysis using views of the SAP HANA Live for SAP ERP and the views provided in the SAP HANA Content for SAP Customer Activity Repository.
The table below lists the SAP ERP data that is required to perform multichannel sales analysis and sales analysis based on billing documents.
Only the most important SAP ERP tales are referenced in the table. For the complete list of SAP ERP tables used by SAP Customer Activity Repository, refer to the files attached to SAP Note 1897024
