Insight uses several services to manage its components. When troubleshooting your Insight services, you can view the status of each Insight service and a log file that displays detailed information about a service.
You can view a list of all the Insight services and their IP addresses, ports, and statuses by choosing Insight Admin and, on the Service & Log tab, selecting View Services.
You can view the log file for a service by choosing Insight Admin and, on the Service & Log tab, selecting View Services Log.
