Manage Access to Packages by Users and Teams 
When you add a Planning and Consolidation user to a team and assign a package to the team, the user gains particular rights. If a user has the PrimaryAdmin task of Data Manager security, the user functions as an Administrator in the Data Manager. An administrator can manage team user package access. By default, team members and a team leader can run all the user packages in a company and their teams, which the administrator organizes.
The following table details the package organization and execution rights that are granted when a package is assigned to the team, as opposed to the default rights that are available to a user:

To assign a package to a team, which allows the team members to run the package, do the following:

Select a team and take one of the following actions:
Select the packages you want to make available to that team.
Select All Packages to give the team access to all of the packages.
